DAY 1

Arrival at Valencia Airport.
Meet & Assist by GO’YA Valencia guide.
You will then go with a deluxe coach to visit the city centre.

Valencia City Tour :  The tour will take you to the city’s old quarter, featuring monuments crowded dating back mostly to the period after the conquest by Jaime Ist.

You will see sightseeing places like the Cathedral, where you will find the Holy Grail in one of the
chapels, paintings by GOYA, Jacomart…, El Almudin, earlier a warehouse now a museum, is an
interesting place to visit. The Central Market, biggest in Europe, THE LONJA, inscribed in the WORLD HERITAGE list since 1996 : Built between 1482 and 1533, this building was originally used for trading silk. It is a masterpiece of late Gothic architecture.

You will end this tour at a beautiful tapas restaurant for lunch.

You will continue the tour to visit the Plaza Redonda and the magnificent Ceramic Museum or Marques de las 2 Aguas Palace.

The Ceramic museum is housed in a building that dates from the last decade of the 15th century and
was refurbished in 1740 by order of the Marqués de Dos Aguas. It was at this time that the magnificent
alabaster entrance was constructed; the Virgin overlooks the door below which is flanked by two
streams of water and vegetation that symbolise the two rivers (Dos Aguas) and their life-giving
properties. The entrance made the building famous for its unusual beauty.

End of the tour at hotel. Check-in and time at leisure.
Dinner in a typical Spanish tavern.

DAY 2

This morning you will discover the City of Arts and Science.
Valencia is the third-largest city in Spain and among the liveliest and most dynamic. An extremely popular tourist attraction in Valencia is the amazing City of Arts and Science, a
spectacular creation made by architect Santiago Calatrava taking you directly to the 21st century. Among its complexes is the L'Oceanographic Park, a spectacular exhibition centre for
marine life. It is the largest in Europe and you could easily spend an entire day there. L’Oceanogràfic of the City of Arts and Science invites you to discover this authentic marina park where all principal seas and Oceans of the planet are represented. Dive into the secrets of the sea thanks to this fantastic construction.

For your lunch, I suggest you stay in the Oceanografic park and have a great lunch
in one of its restaurant.

After lunch, you will enjoy a great bike tour through the old bed of the river Turia
This exciting bike tour starts off from the Oceanografic. You will be met by an English-speaking
guide who will provide you with your very own bicycle.

Valencia is a flat city and you will go along the former riverbed, now referred to as the Turia Gardens. You then cross under the historical bridges of the city, pass the Music Hall, the Fine Arts Museum and the “Viveros” Gardens till you reach the San José Bridge.

You then enter into the heart of the city via the Serranos Towers. These towers were once the main entrance to the medieval walled city of Valencia.

The tour then passes by the old University, the Patriarca church and the Glorieta gardens with
the centenary fycus. This section marks the end of your bike tour of Valencia.
You will now have some free time for shopping before returning to your hotel.

For your dinner, we suggest to try a typical Spanish delicatessen: sucking pig on barbecue

DAY 3

Breakfast buffet served at the hotel’s restaurant.

Today, you will discover the Valencia inland and Wine region.

Travelling inland from Valencia, we come across the region of the Denomination of Origin Utiel-
Requena, located between the Turia and Gabriel rivers.
The vast Campo de Utiel-Requena was always a region of natural transition between the coastal plains and the Valencian Mediterranean foothills and the Castilian tableland and this is still true today.
Currently, when the Requena and the region are mentioned it is generally in connection with the viticulture and wine production. Today, 7,000 vine-growers work 41,000 hectares of vines
owned by the DO Utiel-Requena.
Come and discover the wines of this region visiting one of the most important wineries of the region.

Lunch will be at local restaurant where local specialities will be served.
Return to the hotel in the afternoon.

For this last diner, we suggest a fantastic restaurant, modern but very warm.
Evening at leisure

DAY 4
Breakfast buffet served at the hotel’s restaurant.

This morning, you will go to get a real fresh air and discover Spain largest lake and Natural Park,
home of the famous Paella.

Visit the Parc on board typical boats that make visitors feel harmony with the landscape
of the surroundings. Then visit a Barraca and get inform about the customs of the ancient
people and about the typical tools of then.

Of course, this tour will finish at a local restaurant to try one of the best Paella ever.
After lunch, departure for the airport.
Have a nice and safe trip back home.
