Experience walking through the narrow and intrincate streets in some cities, feeling the charm and transporting yourself Centuries back. The monuments you are about to see are unique in the World and Spain is proud showing them all to the World. From Roman to Medieval times, all cities have unsurpassed beauty.
Other than history and culture, this itinerary offers you the opportunity to taste some of the most famous dishes of Spain: besides the the already famus and classic "paella" --of Valencian origin-- our different cities have: the gorgeous suckling pig or baby oven roasted lamb in Segovia and Avila, the "maragato" stew in Salamanca, basic "migas" (not very long ago the food of the shepheards) in Merida and Caceres, the great "pescaitos" (fish) in Seville, tasty "salmorejo" in Cordoba, poultry in Toledo..... and the many Madrid specialties, of which the most famous is "cocido Madrileno! (Madrilian stew).
Driving in Spain is easy, with good motorways and roads, all well marked with signages and indications for pleasant drives and smoothness in reaching your destinations and hotels.
When your trip comes to an end, you will feel like staying longer. It is for sure that you will come back to Spain to see the rest of our World Heritage Cities.
